I have just had an amazing day with a private Client, a Mentee to went through an amazing shift today. It was a beautiful reminder that success is truly a journey not a destination. We walk a fine line between the past and the future and there times when many people can’t define which is which. Wealth, health, success, relationships – you name it, we are defined by the beliefs that we carry day by day. Most of those beliefs are rooted in significant emotional experiences that occured during our lives.

How do you measure success?

How do others measure your success?

Does it matter?

If it does matter – then why?

Life is truly a beautiful journey and we need only look inside to find the true source of our joy and success. Today I helped a lovely lady release years of negative beliefs, 28 years to be exact – such beliefs never just impact one life. They impact your life, your families life, your kids lives, your grandchildrens lives…. and on and on and on.

In order to move forward, there comes a time when we need to say – enough is enough. There is a point when you have to say “I have had enough with this ridiculous beleif” – there comes a time when you have to choose. Am I going to live the rest of my life, never truly living your purpose – never really living your true potential simply because of one or two limiting beliefs that are holding your back.

In a nutshell – let it go! Let it go ! Let it go! it doesn’t serve you – it doesn’t serve those around you and it doesn’t serve the world.

In business I cannot stress enough the need to assess the worst case scenario. This may appear at first to be a negative approach – actually, it is a very pragmatic approach. All great wealth builders look at the upside and potential downsides. In doing so one can establish in advance how to optimize ones business and to plan for potential market changes.

WOW – On Saturday, May 1, we experienced the most extraordinary day and for all who attended our Make A Wish Year of The Tiger Motivational Day I want to congratulate you all for your 100% commitment.

Everybody I have spoken to was blown away by the motivation, enthusiasm, passion and commitment of not only the speakers but also each and every attendee. This was almost a 13 hour day by the time we all left the seminar room. I’m still amazed that we managed to complete all the content that I had originally envisaged. To be able to do this with four amazing guest speakers who each added massive value to the day has been a blessing and a privilege for me as a professional speaker.

In those 12 to 13 hours we packed in everything from self assessment of values, rules, human needs to walking into a potentially life-threatening situation by choice and stepping through our fears to the other side.

Rob Slinger did an amazing job in delivering a powerful message about the importance of eating raw and energising foods in your diet. His knowledge and enthusiasm combined with his live demonstration was contagious. Sharing not only amazing statistics and theory, he then showed us how to put it into practice. The underlying message was that if you want to live a healthy and wealthy and vibrant life you must put more live foods into your body.

Miranda Leslau shared with us her deeply moving and inspiring journey into the world of PR. From her vast experience in this area she shared the key nuggets of what we can do to enhance our profile through various methods of PR. Mirandas message was that you need to be honest and trustworthy in what  you deliver no matter what PR method you use. She also showed how potentially “bad news situations” can be used in a positive way and the need to act quickly.  And most importantly each of us must be comfortable with selling ourselves if we want our businesses to grow.

David Onuma(Solicitor) & Corey Donoghue (Entrepreneur)   gave an inspiring and fun insight into the science of winning in a highly competitive world. Bringing in their experience from their their Gold Medal knowledge of the world of 7 Martial Arts, they shared the formula for overcoming FEAR and taking action. Their underlying message was that it is essential to visualise in detail what you wish to achieve and then to follow a specific process for making it happen. Having competed at the highest level of full contact martial arts, they related every experience back to success in business and every area of life.

I was privileged to cover several areas including understanding the difference between values that can destroy you and others that can empower you. This included redefining the rules that we adopt to succeed and fail. We also discussed the importance of building a strong relationship both with ourselves and those around us. This expanded into intimate and passionate relationships with our life partner. Here we explored the difference between what keeps couples together and what ultimately can result in divorce or breakup.

My final message at the end of the day was to have a vision beyond your existence on this earth in order to create a passion an momentum for a greater purpose. The end of the day was arguably the most inspiring and uplifting experience for everybody. This involved something which most people would have an innate fear of experiencing. To put oneself in harms way and to walk directly into it and emerge the victor is extremely empowering and every single person who attended, without exception stepped up and did it. The tears and joyous celebrations were reflections of what can only be described as an outstanding and inspirational day.

LOOK OUT FOR OUR NEXT ONE DAY EVENT

Thank you again to every single person who attended and to our fantastic speakers.  With passion, Rohan Weerasinghe
