As speakers we are often thinking about raising our profile and I would like to share with you my observations on the importance of ‘keeping your message topical’. It is not enough to simply have a message to share, we have to have a message that is on the mark, current and that has relevance. From my own experience of speaking in public for over 20 years, one thing that has really struck me is that our audiences are now more tuned into the global picture than ever before. We cannot afford to be complacent or to assume a certain level of ignorance in those that we are delivering to. Our message must be clear, meaningful to the listener and most of all TOPICAL. Be prepared to be blown away by an amazing property event in January 2011. Last year the Berkshire Property Meet sold out three times when I launched their first event of the year in January. This year, as we start a new decade I have been invited back to share my vision and message for the future. Two dates have already been reserved  in anticipation for another sell-out.

This sixty-minute presentation will be packed  with energy, amazing insights and massive value.  I will be sharing with you my personal view of where the market is right now -  two years into the recession. I will also share  my reflections on where the economy may go over the next 12 – 18 months. Dramatic changes in the economy lead to phenomenal opportunities and such changes call for a new breed of investor – insightful, educated, fast moving, diverse and financially astute. I will outline the fantastic opportunities that can be taken by this new breed of investor, as well as dealing with an issue that stops many investors in their tracks. Having taught tens of thousands of people globally, I have observed specific blocks that cause investors to either self-sabotage, reach a plateau and stop growing, miss opportunities for financial freedom, or simply give up. In the final half of the presentation I will reveal what I call The Millionaire Factor:  a formula that I have used to help countless people on the path to financial independence.

This intense sixty minute, inspirational presentation will be a journey of facts, predictions, strategies and powerful mind-set tools that will help you develop The Millionaire Factor and prepare you for your next decade as a wealth builder. Book your place now! – CLICK HERE

As we start a New Year, it is time to survey your customers and find out what they are looking for in 2011. When you survey your customers, no matter whether you provide a service or sell products, you must be focussed on finding out what their current greatest pain is. The Customer Survey process must focus on your customers’ needs, not yours. The skill in creating a successful business in 2011 will be in how well you establish what people are looking for in the market that you provide a service to. Myself and my Fiancé have been vegetarians for over 8 years now and during that time we have faced numerous questions about “why we don’t eat meat?” Interestingly enough, some of the most negative people that I have encountered, over time have made dramatic shifts in their diet as a result of our deep and passionate beliefs about leading a healthy and vital life.

Remember, your choices for eating what you eat are simply that – “your choice” and to that end you should never feel obligated to justify your diet to anyone. That said, questions do arise and, as a coach and a public speaker on the subject, I have put together some basic tools and responses that you can use, should you wish to. To read more CLICK HERE

I have a lot of small business owners come to me because their business is in trouble. They don’t know what to do and they are frustrated. Sometimes the mistake that they have made is the way that they handle money, but often the business is in trouble because of a mistake that they made when they hired their employees.

When my clients come to me for business advice, one of the first things I tell them is that it’s important to have a website. Since a lot of business is done through the Internet these days, it’s almost necessary to have a website for a business. Even if there aren’t any products on the website that can be purchased by visitors, the website gives visitors information about the business that they can use. Most importantly it is an opportunity to capture details of potential Customers.

However, there are things that need to be remembered when it comes to business websites, and these are the things that can make or break a business on the Internet. To read more about creating a winning website for your business CLICK HERE

When people come to me for advice on starting a business and they want to know which business they should choose, one of the biggest things that I stress as important is market research. I tell them that the reason that more than half of the businesses in the UK fail is due to the prospective business owners not doing the necessary research, and planning their success. Let me ask you a question. What are you passionate about? What is it that really makes your blood boil? What is it that really gets you excited? When I am mentoring clients about starting a business, I ask them these questions. The reason for this is because people who are passionate about their business have a better chance of being successful. People who are passionate about something are more likely to fight for what they believe in and do all they can to make it work.

Many people ask me why having passion for a business is important. Let’s look at the reasons why it’s necessary to start a business that you are passionate about…….to read more CLICK HERE
