Are you considering a Raw Food Juice Cleanse, then my suggestion is that when Preparing for a detox (cleanse), don’t jump in at the deep end. I would paddle out over a few days and then start the formal cleanse/detox having slowly come of a few key food stuffs – namely Meat, Dairy and Teas/Coffee/Sugar based Drinks. If you already eat a fairly healthy, live food diet then you will probably be ok to move straight into the cleanse. However, if you are new to this, take if one step at a time – especially if you are planning a series of Colonics during the cleanse.
