Greetings from Sweden. Having spent the past four weeks in the southern hemisphere (Australia and New Zealand) speaking to people about wealth and ultimate health & vitality I thought it would be valuable to share some personal insights with you. In fact, in two of the interviews that I did in Australia (radio and magazine) these were subjects that were raised by the interviewers. With our UK first Ultimate Health and Vitality weekend fast approaching there are some stark realities to face.

This BLOG is a call to arms – please read and “digest it” – then I encourage you to share it with all those people who you care about and want to help live a healthier and more energised life. Your health is in your hands – not in the contents of a bottle of pills you have been prescribed. The choice is yours.

Too many people come to me when a family member or friend has cancer, heart attacks, severe illnesses, diabetes, constant sickness, depression and many other similar issues and ask for help. Often they are hoping for a quick solution – illness and degeneration is a result of self-abuse. Putting toxins into the body on a regular basis from coffee to cigarettes, from white bread to junk food. We have all done it to some degree. The question is whether you want to keep doing it to your body?

People Are Killing Themselves

Many who come to me, already know what I teach and practice but they only act when the PAIN too great and they know something has to change. The time to act is now – prevention and purity rule in this new millennium.

So let’s focus on health for this blog. If you are not aware of this, in the past century the Western world as it is currently defined, has moved from a contagious disease culture to a degenerative disease culture. What I mean by that is that we are literally killing ourselves by the way that we live our lives. Having witnessed the death of my father in his mid-40s through a sequence of strokes and heart attacks, my mother coming through cancer and my stepfather also experiencing both heart attacks and musculoskeletal issues, I can comfortably talk on such subjects from personal experience. Plus the countless people I have met who have experience illness or loss through health related issues.

My mission together with my good friend Rob Slinger is to radically re-educate people in this country and abroad on ways to increase their lifespan, radically enhance their level of health and dramatically raise their energy and vitality in a natural and bio-mechanical way. Some Facts

So let’s look at some facts:

  • Over 12 million people a year are diagnosed with cancer worldwide
  • Around 1.5 million heart attacks occur per year in the USA
  • Over 200,000 heart attacks occur in the UK
  • Over 40% of the UK Population report back pain
  • 30 Million working days per year are lost due to work related illness
  • Stress related illness costs UK employers around $4b – £7billion per year
  • Obesity is regarded as a serious threat to approx. 22% of men and 23% of women
  • Coronary Heart Disease costs the UK economy around £8billion per year

And we are just scratching the surface there. According to the World Health Organisation (2002 report)

“Physical inactivity, Poor Diet and Stress are associated with Coronary heart disease , Stroke, Obesity, Type 2 diabetes, Hypertension, Colorectal cancer, Anxiety, Osteoporosis , Osteoarthritis and Back pain”

I have personally observed and worked with people across the globe and meet so many who experience:

  • apathy
  • feeling drained
  • waking up tired
  • losing their sex drive
  • feeling fuzzy in the head
  • regular headaches
  • food hangovers
  • joint and muscle pain
  • poor posture
  • lack of vitality and endurance
  • loss of concentration
  • relationship arguments
  • financial apathy
